Very nice card.

Easy to Tribute Summon with 1 Tribute in a themed Deck (whether general Spellcaster, Dark Magician, or Magic Counter) AND it still gets its effect when Normal Summoned in any way, so not just Tribute Summoning it. And rather than negate your opponent's Magic and Trap Cards, it outright prevents any of them from being activated for a nice one-turn and one-sided Cold Wave (unless it gets the rule hammer to work like Antique Gear monsters, which I have a feeling it might just to make it fair), making it greater for a finishing move.

good effect... I just wish it was a magic , trap and monster effect thou....
this will only help arcanite OTK if the enemy don't have fadder , ghorse or tragoedia .

Finally will see some Jester Confit being played, even if it is just as Tribute fodder.
