Well, gale probably will go to semi limit at most. Thing is since black feathers are making konami money right now they aren't going to or are not going to try to touch the main tuner of that deck.

Thing is the only time you run gale's in 3's is black feather decks or odd cases like this zombie deck. And in this case they run it just because its a good tuner+armor master...however I might run Emergency Teleport and some psychics in the deck if I used it, you don't need three gales and that tuner is slow without its special summon ability. I would much rather have an ET and krebons/Psychic Commander even with ET limited. Though Gale is a great tuner it is slow ish without other blackwings to support it, Stardust dragon isn't going to be played as much b/c of gale anyway. Also if gale ever went to limited then black feathers would be completely dead, though they do suffer a lot with only two gales.

Overall that tuner is good but I think plaguespreader should still be considered the best tuner as it can be used twice naturally and is two stars which helps in getting out those good 6 star and 8 star synchros. People can argue with that and that's fine. But most decks that do run gale that are not black feather decks use only 2 Gales and not three (Usually). Besides the the only good seven star synchros are Dark Strike Fighter, Black Rose Dragon, and Bw - Armor master.
