When this card you control is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon 1 "Asmo Token" (Angel-Type/DARK/Level 5/ATK 1800/DEF 1300) and 1 "Dius Token" (Angel-Type/DARK/Level 3/ATK 1200/DEF 1200). An "Asmo Token" cannot be destroyed by card effects. A "Dius Token" cannot be destroyed by battle.

Anyways, I doubt it'll be splashable and it IS DARK...at least in the manga and stats from the manga (if known) are usually kept the same. Stats being Dark/Fairy/8/3000/2500, but no effect that we know of. This means, like Archangel Chrisitia, it is a "clean slate" card that has plenty of room for an "original" effect for itself since the manga never gave it one.
Chances are, it'll still be Fairy-oriented in some way and, again, I don't think it'll be splashable. (Chrisitia isn't, so why should this?) After what we've seen lately, I wouldn't expect anything to be at least THAT splashable anymore unless we get really lucky. At the most, It'll probably be decent, but still balanced overall like Christia is.
Sorry my friend, but...
The conditions aren't even remotely bad, but I have to wonder what I'm missing with that "from Deck" part, because I don't know of anything (off the top of my head) that can Special Summon a Lv 8 from the deck, let alone a Lv 8 Dark Angel 3000ATK. Must be a preemptive strike. Unless it's just for the similarity to the Darklord Zerato/Reckless combo.
And the effects are not bad, it's like a neo-Gorz. Stronger ATK, two tokens instead of one, the tokens have effects that are awesome and they are a wide range of levels for tuning or power. Also, I love that they are just Asmodeus split up not only in name (Asmo and Deus) but all stats: 1800+1200=3000, 1200+1300=2500, 3+5=8.
Plus if you just want the tokens, use Celestial Transformation and you get them with Asmodeus dies at End Phase. Much new planning and fun will be had for this girl.
In all seriousness though, you actually hinted upon the other way to Summon it from the Deck. Celestial Transformation + Inferno Reckless Summon, =O
