it's the first non-Dragon monster that is a Cover Card for series 600 Boosters.

In episode 26, it looked like Godwin was the 5th signer because the last birthmark was on a severed hand, but I bet Rua's the real 5th and all that stuff will be explained.

hmm its likely that Ancient Fairy Dragon might be in here. since her brother's main dragon, power tool dragon, is in here. however no one should confuse Power Tool Dragon as the 5th dragon. it isnt even a dragon and luka isnt a signer. i believe that theres only one reason why Ancient Fairy dragon isnt cover of this pack, assumin that its in here, its because its effect isnt that amazing. just like its anime effect, but im not saying its not good.

the 5th dragon hasnt been announced yet in the anime so i wouldnt hold my breath on getting it any time soon. YGO 5D's wont let us know just yet.

ancient fairy dragon is the promo card for the ancient prophecy pack (the pack coming out after raging battle). just look under new sets on this site, it will be right in front of you.

When it comes to Casual Play, anything goes, and pretty much anything can win. Deformers won't be competitive because they don't have a hope in Hell of surviving vs. Synchro Damned/Lightlords/Zombies, etc...

Also, don't forget, that the search (anime-wise) is RANDOM. You don't get to choose which Equip Magic Card you get. The only way this would be "guaranteed" like Arms Hole is if you only use 1 named Equip Magic Card. lol

Of course Power Tool Dragon's effect can still be changed. After all, it hasn't even been confirmed yet, =P

You see, the effect text on the anime image of the card lacks furigana, which means that the anime isn't using an image of the actual card, but an image of the card made for the anime. Therefore, the effect listed on it isn't its confirmed OCG effect. The anime images of Deformer Remocon and Double Tool D & C, however, do have furigana on them, which means that the anime is using images of the actual cards, hence why they're not only considered to be confirmed for inclusion in this set, but their effects are confirmed to be their OCG effects too.

Also, with regards to your comment regarding the March banlist, I'd keep dreaming if I were you. Dark Armed Dragon being Limited? Maybe. After all, Synchro Damned/TeleDAD does WAY more damage with its Synchro Summons than it does with Dark Armed Dragon. Banned? Not a chance. You don't cut a Deck's head off to stop it from dominating the meta, you simply shoot it in its legs instead so it has a harder time trying. Emergency Teleport and Clevonce? Why? What difference will that make? People will just use Zombie Carrier instead. Diabolicguy? Maybe. After all, if you want to cripple Synchro Damned, Diabolicguy is probably the way to go about it, as it's because of him that the Deck can pull off so many Synchro Summons so quickly.

Sheesh, people are so quick to want to exterminate every last scrap of a dominating Deck just because it's dominating, >.>

it never will simply because two synchos require it and you cant get out the buster of doomkaiser without zombie carrier so it will never be limited or banned

They just made zombies stronger they'll touch something else if they want anyone to use zombies a t all banning zombie carrier would effectively decimate some zombie decks simply because the synchros plus busters just became useless

yeah but it is not as broken as in anime. It is not " this card cannot be affected by the effect of spell/trap card" . Like... Hyper Synchro isn't "Hyper" at all in real card. In the anime your monster will gain permanent 800 attack boost + indestructible by battle but in real life Not only ur monster is destructible but it is also removed at the end of turn...

I think that Dark Synchro may be released in this pack, If you read on the Features it says:" Allowing new strategies to oppose current duel scene." probably new kind of card. which is very possible to be Dark synchros.
They won't put the frame of synchro monsters White for nothing. There must be a grey/black frame one!

I dunno', considering how radical the Dark Synchros are, it would be a shame not to see them printed. And re: One Hundred-Eye Dragon, should it see print, expect it to get weakened somewhat. I see it becoming Phantom of Chaos, only perhaps not removing from play the selected DARK monster (or maybe it will, =O).

You forgot Venominaga when you were listing things that make One Hundred-Eye Dragon epicwin. In fact, when one takes her into account, the rest of the list doesn't really matter, XD

Also, take into account the fact that you're sounding as though there are a lot of Dark Synchro Monsters. There're only three, =P

Plus, what you seem to have forgotten is that, based on their anime effects, there's nothing stopping one from Killer Tomato'ing the Dark Tuners, =P

Dark Tuners
- All have 0/ATK. Limit Reverse and Mystic Tomato are their friends.

Dark Synchros
- All have negative levels. They laugh at Gravity Bind.

Freezing Fitzgerald
- Not that good anyway.
- Kills any monster that attacks it when the Battle Phase ends. I imagine that this happens even if he's still in the Graveyard.
- Only revives himself if he's alone.
- He's that "cousin" the Ancient Gears never talk about.

Jet-Black Zumwald
- Easy as heck to summon.
- Never dies by battle.
- DARK. 'Nuff said there.
- Massive milling. As long as it's effect is word for word what the text is, though, then it should be okay. The way it was explained in the show, you could combine it with Zero Sprite and do some pretty hard milling. Not according to the text, though. It only does the difference between Zumwald's original ATK and that monster's current ATK.

One-Hundred Eyes Dragon
- Not too difficult to summon.
- Vennominaga + Kycoo + Spirit Reaper + The End of Anubis = Only Exodia could stop me now. Literally. Throw in some Plasma, Jinzo #7, and some Dark Grepher, why don't you?

You're right about Rockstone Warrior. However, if you remember correctly, it had 800 ATK and 1600 DEF, as opposed to what it has now, 1800 ATK and 1600 DEF (of course, the ATK might be a typo). It also gains an additional, and a somewhat useless, effect, summoning two Rockstone tokens to the field. However, being that they each have 0 ATK/DEF, practically anything can destroy them. Well, at least they serve as a demi-Scapegoat. One for One also has the same effect, unfortunately, and I don't see much use for it. :( No Tuning, unfortunately...

The Phoenixian monsters are also nurfed. For one, Cluster Armallyis can ONLY be special summoned by Phoenixian Seed, or its own effect (as opposed in the anime where Phoenixian Seed's special summon effect was a perk, similar to Red-Eyes B. Chick's effect to summon Red-Eyes B. Dragon). Not to mention that you are obligated to REMOVE one Plant-type monster to revive it, as opposed to just being in the cementary in the anime. There are an awful amount of card effects that remove Plants; if only Twilight Fusion was still playable...

Armallyis can still be Normal Summoned/Set in a general manner. The only thing that annoys me about it is it can't be revived through Gigaplant, Miracle Fertilizer, ect but it's still not that hard to summon to begin with and as long as you have Plants in your grave it'll always be comign back unless they remove it (COSR abuse much?) And the additional damage is pretty nice.

Actually, in the anime it didn't Summon from the Deck. That makes it MUCH better. Plus, there are plenty of ways to abuse ditching a monster. I think it's kinda' nifty, =O

100% correct. The cards in a set are ordered by character and (for the most part) by when they were used. The first Spell Card in a set (ever since TAEV) is 045, and in this case that's One for One. One for One was used AFTER Tuning during Yusei's Duel vs. Dick, so were Tuning to be in the set, it would've have to have been BEFORE One for One, which is impossible due to the fact that 044 will be a Synchro Monster.

So? Let's say that you had to use Botanity Girl to grab Amaryllis, yeah? Then, you use Lonefire Blossom to Special Summon Seed (burning through all three of your Lonefire Blossoms in the process). You Special Summon Amaryllis, and have FIVE Plant-Types to RFG in order to revive her. That means that she can die SIX TIMES before you run out of ammo. From her burn effect alone that's 4800 damage. Throw Backfire into the mix for an extra 3000. Do u c wot i meen? =P

Actually, Trust Mind is an awful card. Releasing a monster is WAY too heavy a cost for what is essentially a VERY restricted Monster Reincarnation. I'll stick to that if you don't mind, ;)

*BUZZ!* Wrong. Amaryllis can only be Special Summoned via Phoenixian Seed's effect or via her own effect. That's it. Full stop. Nothing else. Ever.

Dark Verdure possibly, since it was used in the duel. But, really, I don't see much use for it, since (Quill)Bolt Hedgehog is the better card to use. The only advantage it has really is that it won't be removed from the game when used, but with Imperial Iron Wall out, then that's gone too.
But since it is going to be Limited eventually, why not? I guess having it is better than NOT having it in the long run.
I don't know about Rose Tentacles, but it's gonna be a decent beatstick when you combine it with Thorn of Hatred and a card that summons plant tokens to your opponent's field.

I Don't know. Thought they'd release the "rose-themed" cards with Rose tentacles: Ros Flame and Curse of Rose. Also, Magic Planter would feel so left out as well as Cursed Ivy.

Dark Verdure is the uknown card between Rose Tentacles and Evil Thorn.

I'm entertaining the thought Skull COnductor, Skull Base, and Zero Guard to be in this set considering the promos for the Wheelie Breakers game has Murkuro's other 3 cards. This would just complete him. Which would leave only Jill, Frank and the Profiler to have their decks printed. Bomber's got some missing traps but he's already scheduled for the next set after his "Dark Bomber" episode comes out.

I like Jill simply for having Lv. monsters. He has what? 5 new cards? Frank has 6: symmetry Roarschach being the only monster of that number. Prifiler has 6 as well. lol the Mad Profiler design just tickled me. I liked it just cause I thought it had a very Tim Burton-esque mad style to it's design.

Level Warrior- This card is better than Cyber Dragon in the respect that it can be Special Summoned either when your opponent has a monster or not, and having its Level changed doesn't matter since it's Advanced Summon fodder.

Rose Tentacles- Definitely a beatstick when combined with at least 3 other cards- Thorn of Hatred (for piercing and ATK boosting, more preferrable than Big Bang Shot or Fairy Meteor Crush), a card that can summon plant-type monsters/tokens to the opponent's field, and something that can clear the opponent's field of spells and traps that can cripple this card. Also use DNA Surgery or Ivy Shackle if your opponent lacks any plants to attack.

Black Feather- Blizzard of the North Pole- This card is the second Black Feather tuner, after Gale of the Hurricane. This card was created to be GotH's backup, and I still prefer it over this card. Even with its limited Special Summoning capability (can only Special Summon Blast of Black Spear and GoTH, cannot special summon itself), it is still a handy card in an archetype with limited support.

Deformer Scopon- Aagh, another Deformer, but at least another D-Tuner gives it some uniqueness. Its first effect allows you to summon a Level 4 Deformer (a lot of them exist!) while the second can change its level. This card is preferrable over Remocon when it comes to summon PTD.

Black Feather- Arms Wing- Level 6, 2300 ATK, improved Big Bang Shot effect. This card, when used with GoTH or Armored Wing, can do wonders.

Compared to Crimson Crisis, Black Feather had a LOT of support. As opposed to before, you can now make a deck with these cards.
My favorite Black Feathers in this set are Shura of the Azure Flame and Qal'at of the Moonlight. Elfen of the Pitch Black is also decent. Against Wind and Black Whirlwind put Black Feather monsters to your hand, although the former has a LP cost and the latter you must normal summon (which you can do despite most of them having special summon effects). Delta Crow- Anti Reverse, surprisingly, has the same effect as in the anime. Fake Feather is a very unique card, as it can be the same as any trap card in the grave and imitate it. Game-breakers such as Mirror Force can be used against the opponent.
Aslla Piscu is released in this set, although without the Fortune Ladies (unless, somehow, 17 and 18 are Lighty and Firey, respectively). It has the same effect as in the anime (although, without the spell/trap card protection). There is still one Ultimate Rare left, and I place my bets on either Ccalyaiya or a major Core Chimair monster.
Speaking of Core Chimairs, they have an upside and a downside. The upside being that they have negation effects, some that are automatic while others you have a cost. The downside is that they, as of now, specialize by a spell card. For an archetype that heavily depends on that card, obviously their support revolves around recycling that card over and over again (i.e. Urgent Steel Core Disposal, Urgent Synthesis). Their trap support is very handy, however, as you can activate it simply by revealing it in your hand (and not discarding it).
Another unique thing about the Core Chimairs is, that, instead of sending that spell card to the graveyard, you must send a monster with the same type as the monster to the Graveyard. This is especially taxing since each of the Core Chimairs have different types, and with their swarming already limited, Core Chimairs are an archetype needing a lot of support.
All in all, this set is definitely a lot better than Crimson Crisis. With better anime support cards (especially Black Feathers, as well as Exploder Wing Dragon and Power Tool Dragon), and an archetype destined to get more support, Raging Battle is bound to change the metagame. With not even half of the cards release, there might be a fair chance of some more type/archetype support.

Well they also can be used within their own type so in case you dont have the spell card you can send the type of monster they need

you said theres one ultra left what fi that one-hundreds eyes dragon, and the super rares are dark tuners and synchros. one-hendred eyes would be helpful in a black feather deck if you pull it out while arms wing or goth are in you grave

Aki's newest cards are Dark Verdure and Guard Hedge. I was surprised DV came out, considering that Bolt Hedgehog is out. They have the same effects, but I was surprised of no Black Rose Dragon/Buster... Yet.
Gadget Arms is a spell/trap recovery card, but only for Deformers. That means it won't be limited/banned. However, WATER machine? Weird...
Trapart is a very good surprise; the only difference in its effect is that it can ONLY be used for a warrior synchro. But with warrior the most supported archetype in the game, Synchros included, that won't do much harm.
Thorn of Hatred is out, which I hoped for. That means good news for BRD and Rose Tentacles. Magic Planter, surprisingly, came out. Albeit, the fact that it must send a Continous TRAP and not Spell. Probably nurfed it cuz of the Crystal/Gem Beasts. Wonder Clover has the same effect.
Deformer's Repair Unit is ANOTHER Deformer equip spell, albeit it cannot switch its battle position.
Miracle Locus came out, although despite the ATK boosting and double attacking, no Battle Damage can be resolved.
Crimson Hellflare came out, although RDD is required to be on the field, and is the ONLY monster to be used with it. Tuner Capture has the same effect, and is good to use with Urgent Tuning.
Over Dead Line, despite having a DEMON on the artwork, boosts the ATK of Plants and only Plants by 1000. Otherwise, it has the same effect. Wicked Reborn has the same effect, except the Synchro Monster's effect is also negated, and in addition, it cannot be Special Summoned during any End Phase that was destroyed by an opponent's card effect.
Level Re-Tuner and Trap Stun have the same effects.
And, if you count Deformer Bind as an anime card, it has a good effect. It is basically Gravity Bind, except it only affects the opponent in not only preventing their ATKs but also prevent them of changing their positions. However, if you lack any Deformers, it won't work.
Anime cards aside, there are plenty of type support here. Some random cards such as Minocensatyros and Gigastone Omega. But there is still psychic support, one Alien monster, and another normal rare conditional monster (G.B. Hunter). Surprisingly, there is a LOT of Sea Serpent support, especially Deep-Sea Diva and Needle Guilman, in addition to some Dragons.
Trident Dragion is a 3000 ATK, Level 10 Synchro, Dragon monster. As such, only Dragons can be used for this monster. By destroying up to 2 cards, this monster can attack twice or three times. Divine Ocean Dragon Gilshilnodon requires ONE Level 3 non-tuner, so that is basically asking for Deep Sea Diva and Needle Guilman/Sea Archer to be used. Its effect makes it ATK 3000 when a Level 3 or lower monster is sent to the grave during the End Phase.
There is a lot of random spell support this time, some of which have a "fairy" theme of it I expect in Ancient Prophecy. This includes Natural Tune (same as Lightning Tune except Normal monster and not LIGHT monster), Forbidden Chalice (400-ATK increasing, effect negating), and Calm Magic (same as Death's Tour except it is a Normal Spell Card and affects both players), and Supremacy Berry (makes you wonder why this and not FC isn't Super Rare). And, there is ONE Psychic spell card in this set.
In this set, there are a lot of traps that have level conditions to it. Charge of the Cornered Mouse and Proof of Powerlessness make good use. Graveyard of the Super Ancient Creatures prevent Level 6 or higher Special Summoned monsters from attacking or activating their effects. Bone Temple Block makes for a temporary special summon from the grave. True to its name, Swallow Reversal is the Black Feather anti-counter. Lastly, Mirror of Curse Words (lol) destroys a Special Summoned monster from the deck and draws one card.
Sorry this was long. Anyways, in my opinion, Raging Battle is either better or worse than Crimson Crisis. In terms of the anime cards released, this set is definitely better. Black Feathers and Deformers definitely got a great boost in this set, and plants somewhat. In addition to the great anime Synchros, the Earthbound Gods have some potential despite their flaws. And, with Trapart out, there is STILL no Discord Counter (too broken still, maybe?)
However, the lack of variety in spell and trap support (especially the recently upgraded Sea Serpents and Dragons, with no Dragon Tuners in this set to abuse Trident Dragion), no return of the "Buster" theme in the previous set, and the usage of conditional cards are negatives. I give it a 7.9 out of 10; most of the cards in this set (especially the newly founded Core-Chimairs) have potential in metagame, while others are just too costly to be used properly.
