100 Yen is like a dollar, so 410 is about 4 dollars. I think they are going to keep or releasing normal cards along with Synchro and Tuners monsters, otherwise it won't make sense. This card is probably from the manga or something for all I know.

though the 2 face-up monsters can be any Attribute, chances are this card will be posting up in Wind-Attribute Decks, and plenty of monsters that can benefit from the Negation ability
