This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 1 "Elemental Hero Neos" and 1 "Yubel" you control to the Graveyard. When this card attacks or is attacked, at the end of the Damage Step, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of their battling monster, and you gain Life Points equal to the DEF of their battling monster. This card cannot be destroyed by card effects.

Furthermore, until the End Phase it gains the effect of the monster that was removed from play.
