I like incarnate dragons and magical variants (blue eyes is really cool) but I'd like to see more innovation. I understand that ocg decks and tcg decks work well in there respective region but I think I speak for a lot of people when I say here in tcg land we gather our insperation from ocg decks. I can't wait for shadow specters to release the new noble night exclusives so we can have a little more variety between regions however I'm sure by that time other decks will be topping other than incarnates and magicals. Ocg guys play with psychic synchro or karikuri mecha phantom beasts, I wanna see synchro decks top again :) and you guys have the innovation to make a great deck list

Frenzyhero (guest) - 2013/08/10 16:13

Psychic synchro is terrible and so is the Karakuri MPB build. The reason why the Dragons and Spellbooks win is because they're you know...

Psychic has nothing working for it, and Mecha Phantom Beasts are too slow in this format.

Noble Knights are... ugh. God they're horrible. There is literally nothing good about the archetype. Chain Destruction Medraut and you win.

While we take our inspiration from their decks, that doesn't mean we copy their meta all of the time. Take Mermail for example, if I recall correctly, it wasn't really an important deck in OCG because they didn't have Teus, who really helped the deck.
