Eh...
I found that Galaxy-Eyes is easily spliced into an Agent deck. Normal Earth, fetch Venus, play Photon Lead to SS Venus, go Triple Shine Ball, Xyz Summon Gachi Gachi Gantetsu, have Earth tune the last Shine Ball for Armory Arm, then Tribute both for Galaxy-Eyes. Even if you can't play GEPD right away, you've got other strategies to fall back on.
That said, I hope this card is awesome. and relatively easy to summon.

try super crashbug in combo with high defense monsters, since super crashbug will switch the atk and def of all atk position monsters

Easy way to be Galaxy-eyes photon dragon
Two good ways you can bring out Galaxy-eyes photon dragon, so you can summon Neo Galaxy-eyes. Is using Red-eyes Darkness Metal Dragon or Dragonic Tactics.

How to bring it out?
In TCG it would be like rescue rabbit<2x alexandrite dragon<Galaxy eyes photon dragon.
And thats assuming you even have rabbit and galaxy eyes in hand. :/
