Counterparts...
with entirely different effects only (so far) slightly related to the original effects. Power Tool is only related in that his effect involves Equip Magic cards.
Anime/RL: Searches out Equips, protects itself with Equips
Manga: draws cards when he is Equipped, steals Equips.

...of course, older choices too like Mighty Warrior, Black Feather - Gram the Shining Star, Black Feather Tamer - Hawk Joe the Pitch Dark, Gallant Lucifer Rosalian, etc are still viable x_x
